Dear Visitor: First and foremost thank you for visiting Environmental Assessment Services, EAS. My name is Jacob Hunter. I founded this business and built it from the ground up starting in 2005. I would like to tell you a bit about our business and what sets us apart. I come from the restoration industry. I have worked for drying, abatement and full service restoration companies prior to starting EAS. I have a broad spectrum of experience and knowledge. In addition I have achieved all of the IICRC designations available for water damage restoration. I was then designated as a Council Certified Indoor Environmentalist by the American IAQ council in 2006. I have performed hundreds of assessments for microbial contamination / mold and I understand what is involved in getting rid of the problem. I have owned and used a thermal imaging camera to help identify moisture intrusion, since 2004. I use Xactimate to provide professional 3rd party rebuild estimates for insurers when needed. Therefore I have clinical and field experience to pull from. Few in my business can say that. I believe that I can provide services that keep your cost down, yet provide an effective solution. I ask that you give us a call and chat about your particular situation, or shoot us an email. EAS is based in Monterey Bay, California, however I can serve anywhere in Northern California on fairly short notice including: Monterey, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, Alameda, San Francisco, and San Mateo counties. I provide personal phone consultation at no charge. I provide an estimate prior to our arrival, and there will be no surprises when it comes time to pay. For your convenience we accept major credit cards. I look forward to hearing from you! Best regards, Jacob M Hunter, CIE, ASD |
